Return & Replacements:
Merchandise may be returned in a new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Special orders, drop ships, bits or custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a minimal restocking fee. International, Alaska and Hawaii orders are available for return at buyer’s responsibility for shipping and any other accrued charges. Download the return form here. If your order included a free item and the order (in whole or part) is returned, the free item price will not be deducted from refund amount. You are welcome to keep the free item or return it with the item being sent back. All Clearance sales are final and no refunds will be allowed.
Refund Process & Timeframe:
La Casa Saddlery processes most returns within 7 business days or receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determines by the company which issues the original payment. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting date, please contact that company directly for further assistance.
Saddle Policy:
All saddles have a warranty according to the manufacturer of the saddle. If the saddle does not fit your horse or you are not satisfied with it, you may return the saddle within 10 days of receiving it. The customer will pay for the cost of shipment back to La Casa Saddlery, and a full refund will be given on the saddle returned. If the saddle has been used or shows any sign of use and/or wear and tear, the customer pays a restocking fee.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
After your return has been inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {[email protected]}..
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
